Holiday house Villa Zonti Rovinj-Kanfanar Istria Croatia is a 4 bedroom large luxury Villa with private pool, in a peaceful village Žuntići. Located in a rural area, this beautiful holiday house with swimming pool is perfect for a holiday with a large family. The house has 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom, a living room and a large kitchen and dining room. In one bedroom, there is an extendable armchair (for one person), while one child (up to three years old) can sleep in a cot in one of the bedrooms. On the sun deck next to the pool you can enjoy the warm summer evenings, and the large swimming pool ( approx. 8m x 3m ) in the backyard is fully protected from the curious eyes. There is a barbecue in the courtyard, so you can spend all day sunbathing, swimming and barbecuing, and so have a perfect vacation. Possibilities for an extra charge: personal chef service, babysitting, transfers to the airport, boat excursions... Pool heating is available upon request and is free of charge in April, May, June, September and October. For bookings outside the mentioned periods the pool may be heated on request for an extra fee.
